Yesterday I was accused of not updating my blog.  Which means I may be up to 4 readers now, so I guess I should give you something to read.....yeah, I've got nothing.  Check back later. 

In two days I'll begin one of the most difficult journeys of my life (literally).  The initial plan is to spend 9 days on the Appalachian Trail around the NC/TN border and travel around 135 miles.  The physical challenge doesn't compare to the mental one.  I'm not sure anything can truly prepare you for the mental challenge of pushing yourself through the pain in the many forms that it takes.  I know that doesn't sound like fun, but there is something almost hypnotic about being out there.  No other place do I feel as connected to creation.  It's a true worship experience.  That said, I can't wait to get back out there.  I can hardly contain...
